Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry sales are final. Because each piece is custom-fitted and welded, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the chain has been cut and applied.

If your chain breaks within 7 days due to a welding issue, we will re-weld it at no additional cost. Please bring the original chain with you.

Breaks caused by normal wear and tear, loss, or misuse are not covered, but we can re-weld for a small service fee.

We are not responsible for allergic reaction to the jewelry and tarnishing or wear due to exposure to chemicals, lotions, or water is not considered a defect.
